Griselinia littoralis 'Emerald'

For an evergreen emerald hedge in mild climates.

Originating from New Zealand its hardyness goes from -5º C to -10° C.
Its large shiny evergreen foliage is of a beautiful dark green, contrasting with the yellow of the young petioles.
The growth is flared but erect, thick and branched.
Growing rapidly, 'Emerald' tolerates clipping to keep it as a hedge or wind break, in areas of mild climate and at the sea side.
